Building was very clean, neatly organized. Staff was very friendly, answered all my questions thoroughly. Optometrist was kind, very informative, answered all my questions, gave sound recommendations on OTC products for dry eye symptoms. They made me feel very comfortable during my visit. They even were kind enough to give a a plastic bag to protect my medical documents from the rain. Most importantly, no sales pitch in product or pricing in the most expensive items first. They let me look around and chose what I felt suited my needs and my wallet. Overall, I enjoyed my visit, & if needed would recommend to anyone asking for an Optometrist.

The apt was awesome. I had an apt at 3pm was seen by, I believe a nurse? Or optometrist assistant? Whatever within 5 mins of getting there and filling out paperwork, was seen by 310pm by the actual optometrist. He was thorough and kind, made sure to explain everything and was both quick and efficient, while not sacrificing quality. Overall I highly reccomend Horie Optometry. Also they have a great selection of glasses available even for Partnership health plan members. Love the experience
